HAMZA: Decentralized Web3 Marketplace

Web3 commerce is powerful and nearly unusable for mainstream shoppers — wallets, gas fees, jargon. HAMZA set out to be a decentralized marketplace that feels like a normal store, with the blockchain hidden underneath.

I led brand, product and UX end to end, wiring AI workflows into the build and the operation. The hard problem was onboarding: I compressed it from 15 minutes to under 3, turning blockchain complexity into a few taps.
